The range includes high-clamping MONOFORCE solutions, ER collet holders, modular systems such as MHD’ and PSC and BHT bars for heavy machining on large diameters. Manufactured to be applied on DIN 69871, MAS BT, DIN 69893 HSK and ISO 26623 spindles, they guarantee versatility and adaptability on boring machines, machining centers and special-purpose equipment.
The heart of the modular system is the MHD’ coupling, which guarantees maximum concentricity and rigidity thanks to the patented cylindrical-conical coupling and the expanding pin for axial locking and driving, and the HT trilobate coupling for high removal machining on large diameters on which the BHT bars are applied.
The boring head range completes the system with solutions for every need: roughing double-bit heads, finishing digital and mechanical heads with micrometric and centesimal adjustments. High performance, total modularity, and absolute precision.
