Success for D’Andrea’s Modular Systems

D’Andrea’s participation in Mecspe 2026 in Bologna recorded excellent attendance and strong interest from a highly qualified audience, including long-standing customers, new contacts and potential partners. The numerous visits to our booth confirmed the appreciation for the evolution of our solutions and for the new features presented in the 2026 catalogues.

The exhibition generated excellent commercial contacts and provided valuable technical insights, once again confirming the strength of our technological offering: a solution portfolio strongly oriented towards modularity, enabling efficient, flexible and precise responses to the needs of modern machining.

THT: our new frontier

Among the most notable innovations, the THT modular turning system, developed from the patented HighT coupling, attracted significant interest. The project has already shown strong potential and will be one of the leading themes of the company’s future developments.

BHT: boring for large diameters

The BHT boring system also received great attention. Ideal for large-diameter machining and likewise based on the HighT coupling, it represents a key advancement in our modular boring solutions

MHD’ and PSC modular systems

Considerable interest was shown in our extensive MHD’ and PSC modular systems, which include micrometric, centesimal and digital fine-boring heads. Their versatility and precision continue to represent a recognized strength of the D’Andrea product range.

U‑axis heads: the DNA of D’Andrea

Our U‑axis heads – TA‑Center, TA‑Tronic and U‑Tronic – were also featured prominently. Internationally recognized as industry benchmarks, they remain one of the most distinctive and respected symbols of the D’Andrea brand. Alongside these, the U‑Comax head, designed specifically for transfer machines, generated strong interest thanks to its high efficiency in repetitive production environments. Finally, we showcased the iconic Sensitiv TA head, which continues to fascinate visitors with its exceptional ease of use and the tangible benefits it offers in machining operations—confirming its timeless relevance in the company’s history.
